Welcome to LGXNDS! LGXNDS is a health & wellness company built on the principles of some of the greatest athletes.

 As a kid our founder Fernando Arias was inspired by the competitive spirits of the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kobe Bryant, Cristiano Ronaldo, Michael Jordan and Tom Brady. He studied their fitness routines, their upbringings, their challenges and hurdles as they rose to GREATNESS!

Today, he try's his best day in and day out to be his best version yet! This is where sports nutrition played a vital role in allowing him to do that. He genuinely believes that health is the single most important thing we will have to care for and be grateful for throughout our lives.
