To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and sealed. The products must also be in the original packaging. Prior to returning a package you are required to get an approval from our customer fulfillment department via email (info@LGXNDS.com) Any packages sent without approval will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to order cancellations regardless of whether the package has shipped or not.

If you notice an error, we recommend that you send us an email as soon as you notice. As orders are processed so quickly, we are unable to guarantee that a change can be made. If the item ships you can ship it back to be swapped for the item you intended to order, please be advised you will be responsible for shipping both ways.

All approved refunds will be processed immediately once the sealed item(s) have been received at our warehouse. Once a refund has been initiated, the refund will take about 2-3 business days to complete and be returned to your account.
