Refund Policy

At LGXNDS, we stand behind everything we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the results you experience, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).*

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is received at our facility. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not seeing the results you expected, our team is here to help at no cost to you. We can provide guidance on product use, nutrition, training, and other factors that can help you reach your goals. Simply contact our support team, and we will help you get back on track.

LGXNDS reserves the right to decline returns at its discretion. Any misuse or abuse of this policy may result in a declined refund.

Shipping Overview

LGXNDS processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST are guaranteed to ship out the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, if you place your order at 6:00 PM on a Friday, it will be packed over the weekend and shipped on Monday.

All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the selected shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • USPS and FedEx deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Expedited Shipping

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air options include guaranteed delivery dates provided by UPS. Estimated delivery dates for these options will appear during checkout.

Important Note:
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services deliver Monday through Friday only.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST on Friday with Next Day Air will arrive on Monday.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST on Thursday with 2nd Day Air will arrive on Monday.

Delivery estimates are based on your shipping address and the time your order is placed.

Free Shipping

LGXNDS offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts).
Digital products such as gift cards do not apply toward the free shipping minimum.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses must be shipped via USPS. These orders will automatically be updated to a USPS shipping method if another carrier is selected at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to update your tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping rates do not include import duties, customs fees, or VAT unless clearly stated during checkout. Certain international shipping options may include these fees—this will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

LGXNDS currently does not ship to Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, or Spain.

Does LGXNDS ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Yes. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses must ship via USPS. If another carrier is chosen, the method will automatically be adjusted to USPS for delivery.
