Shipping and returns

At LGXNDS, we stand behind everything we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the results you experience, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).*

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is received at our facility. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not seeing the results you expected, our team is here to help at no cost to you. We can provide guidance on product use, nutrition, training, and other factors that can help you reach your goals. Simply contact our support team, and we will help you get back on track.

LGXNDS reserves the right to decline returns at its discretion. Any misuse or abuse of this policy may result in a declined refund.

Shipping Overview

LGXNDS currently ships within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses via USPS.

LGXNDS processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST are guaranteed to ship out the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, if you place your order at 6:00 PM on a Friday, it will be packed over the weekend and shipped on Monday.

Our commitment ends at handoff: LGXNDS guarantees your order will be processed and handed off to the carrier within the timeframe stated above. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is in their custody and control. Transit times, delivery dates, and any delays that occur after handoff are the responsibility of the carrier, not LGXNDS. We do not have the ability to speed up, reroute, or guarantee carrier transit times.

All delivery timelines are estimates. These are estimates, not guarantees, with the exception of Overnight Shipping (see below).

Shipping Options

At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping speeds:

• Free Standard Shipping — 3-4 business days, FREE on orders $75+
• Standard Shipping — 3-4 business days, $9.99 on orders under $75
• Expedited Shipping — 2-3 business days, $25.00
• Overnight Shipping — 1 business day, $80.00

Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on your shipping address and the date/time your order is placed, and will appear at checkout.

Important Note: Delivery day estimates reflect business days only (Monday–Friday for most services) and exclude holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST or on a weekend begin processing the next business day, which shifts the delivery window accordingly.

If your Overnight Shipping order does not arrive within 1 business day of shipment, please contact us — this is the one instance where a claim can be filed directly with the carrier on your behalf.

Free Shipping

LGXNDS offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts). Subscription orders always ship free, whatever the order total. Digital products such as gift cards do not apply toward the free shipping minimum.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses must be shipped via USPS. These orders will automatically be updated to a USPS shipping method if another carrier is selected at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to update your tracking information.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, this typically indicates a carrier-side delay. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number, as they will have the most accurate and up-to-date information on your package's location. Our team is happy to help you open a trace or claim with the carrier if needed.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the speed selected at checkout: Standard (3-4 business days, free on orders $75+, otherwise $9.99), Expedited ($25, 2-3 business days), or Overnight ($80, 1 business day). Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders of $75 or more, and to every subscription order.

Does LGXNDS ship internationally?
No. LGXNDS currently ships within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Does LGXNDS ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Yes. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses must ship via USPS. If another carrier is chosen, the method will automatically be adjusted to USPS for delivery.

My order is taking longer than expected to arrive. What's going on?
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, it's in their hands. LGXNDS guarantees processing and handoff time, but transit time is controlled by the carrier and can be affected by weather, high volume, or carrier network delays outside our control. Check your tracking number directly with the carrier for the most current status — our team is glad to assist if you need help opening a trace.
