One scoop. Cold water. Every morning.
One scoop, cold water
One scoop in a full glass of cold water, shaken rather than stirred. Cold matters more than people expect. Greens powders mix cleaner and taste noticeably better cold, and lemon honey is built for it. If you want it thicker, blend it into a smoothie instead.
Whenever you will actually drink it
Morning, mid-afternoon, alongside lunch. It does not matter. Nothing in this formula depends on timing and nothing in it will keep you up. The only variable that counts is whether you take it, so anchor it to something you already do every single day.
Month three tastes the same
The probiotic count is declared at time of manufacture, which means it drifts down over the life of the tub. Refrigerating slows that. It is optional and the powder is perfectly stable at room temperature, but the fridge buys you a stronger scoop in month three.
Nine greens. Ten reds. One scoop, once a day.
Kale, spirulina, spinach, chlorella, wheat grass, barley grass, alfalfa, parsley and broccoli on the greens side. Beet, elderberry, tart cherry, cranberry, blueberry and five more on the reds. Then fourteen strains, five enzymes and three gut botanicals to finish the job.
Nine Organic Greens
Greens Blend 5,000 mg · Kale · Spirulina · Spinach · Chlorella
Five grams of organic greens: kale, spinach, broccoli, parsley and alfalfa, alongside spirulina and chlorella, two algae, plus wheat grass and barley grass. Nutrient-dense plants most people fully intend to eat and then do not. Worth knowing about those last two: this product contains wheat and is not gluten free.
Ten Reds
Reds Blend 3,000 mg · Beet · Grape Seed 95% · Resveratrol 20% · Elderberry
Three grams of reds, built on polyphenols rather than vitamins. Beet root, grape seed standardized to 95 percent proanthocyanidins, and resveratrol at 20 percent from Japanese knotweed, alongside strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, elderberry and cranberry. The color is the point. Those pigments are the compounds.
Enzymes, Strains & Gut Comfort
DigeSEB® 200 mg · 8 Billion CFU · Bromelain 250 mg · Marshmallow 200 mg · Slippery Elm 100 mg
Five DigeSEB® enzymes handle starches, proteins, fats, lactose and plant fiber. Fourteen probiotic strains deliver 8 billion CFU at time of manufacture. Bromelain from pineapple stem at 250 mg, marshmallow root at 200 mg and slippery elm at 100 mg finish it. Nineteen plants are only worth what your gut can actually break down, and this is the half of the formula that decides that.
The best greens powder is the one you finish.
The tub in the back of the cabinet
Everyone has bought one. It shows up, you drink it for four days, and then it migrates to the back of the cabinet next to the protein you also didn't like. Greens powders rarely fail because the plants inside them are wrong. They fail because you stop.
Lemon honey & Tropical Pineapple, sweetened with stevia leaf, is the reason this one gets finished. Underneath the flavor are nine organic greens, ten reds, fourteen probiotic strains and five DigeSEB® enzymes. Nineteen plants you were never going to eat in a single day, in a glass you will actually reach for again tomorrow.
Complete Greens: a closer look
-
DIGESEB® — 200 mgA five-enzyme blend from Specialty Enzymes & Probiotics: amylases for starches, proteases for proteins, lipase for fats, lactase for dairy sugars and cellulase for plant fiber. That last one matters most here. Cellulase breaks down the plant cell walls that nineteen ground-up plants are made of, and human beings do not produce it on their own.
-
GREENS MATRIX — 5,000 mgNine organic greens: kale, spinach, broccoli, parsley and alfalfa, plus spirulina and chlorella, two nutrient-dense algae, and wheat grass and barley grass. Five full grams, which is more than most greens powders put in the blend they named themselves after. Contains wheat.
-
REDS MATRIX — 3,000 mgTen reds built on polyphenols: beet root, grape seed standardized to 95 percent proanthocyanidins, resveratrol at 20 percent from Japanese knotweed, grape skin, and juice powders from strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, elderberry and cranberry. Three grams, and the pigments are the point.
-
PROBIOTIC BLEND — 8 Billion CFUFourteen strains across Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus thermophilus, at 8 billion CFU measured at time of manufacture. Strain count matters because different species settle in different parts of the tract. The tub can be kept refrigerated to hold potency longer, which is worth doing.
-
BROMELAIN — 250 mgA protein-digesting enzyme complex from pineapple stem, used for digestive support long before it appeared in supplements. Two hundred fifty milligrams on its own line rather than buried inside the enzyme blend, which is unusual for this category.
-
MARSHMALLOW ROOT — 200 mgA mucilaginous root that forms a soothing gel when it meets water, traditionally used to calm the gut lining. Nothing to do with the candy. It is here because a formula with nineteen plants and five enzymes moving through you should also be comfortable.
-
SLIPPERY ELM — 100 mgAnother mucilaginous bark, working alongside marshmallow root to coat and soothe. One hundred milligrams, printed with its own amount. Small ingredients like this are the difference between a greens powder that sits well and one that does not.
