Testing & Quality Control
Every lot undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality and purity across label claims, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. In addition, we regularly conduct testing with Analytical Resource Laboratories, a global leader in laboratory testing, to validate that our products meet label claims and surpass quality and safety standards across pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.

Said the pump was noticeably fuller†
Said they train later in the day with it†
Said they could see more vascularity†
Paired it with their usual pre-workout†
Two scoops. Sixteen ounces of water. Twenty minutes out.
Water is part of the formula
Two scoops in 16 oz of water, twenty minutes before you train. The water volume matters more on this product than on anything else we make. Glycerol works by pulling fluid into the muscle cell, and it cannot pull fluid that is not there. Under-water it and you will think the formula did nothing.
On its own or added on top
No caffeine, no beta-alanine, no yohimbine. There is nothing in Pump City to double up on, which means you can run it alone on a lighter day or scoop it straight on top of Decipher when you want the pump and the drive at once. Same shaker, same twenty minutes.
Train whenever you want
Nothing in this formula touches your sleep. Six in the morning or nine at night, the only thing that changes is the parking. That is the entire reason a non-stim exists, and it is why this is the one pre-workout you can still take on a day you already had three coffees.
Ten ingredients. Five trademarks. One full dose.
10 g of L-citrulline, 1,500 mg of Nitrosigine® and 1 g of agmatine driving blood flow, with 3 g of HydroPrime® glycerol and pink Himalayan salt pulling water into the muscle. Plus 200 mg of CITRAPEAK®, 50 mg of S7® and 2 g of taurine. Every amount printed on the label.
Blood Flow & Nitric Oxide
L-Citrulline 10 g · Nitrosigine® 1,500 mg · Agmatine Sulfate 1,000 mg
Citrulline is the precursor your body converts into arginine and then into nitric oxide, which is what widens the vessel and lets more blood through. Ten grams is above the range most studies use and well above what most pump products bother with. Nitrosigine® is inositol-stabilized arginine silicate at 1,500 mg, the exact amount used in its own research, with agmatine behind it at a full gram.
Cell Volume & Hydration
HydroPrime® 3 g · L-Taurine 2 g · Pink Himalayan Salt 486 mg
This is the half most pump formulas skip. HydroPrime® is a 65 percent glycerol powder that pulls water into the muscle cell rather than just into the bloodstream, and 3 g is the amount its research runs on. Taurine and the sodium and chloride from pink Himalayan salt help hold that fluid where you want it. Drink the full sixteen ounces. Glycerol cannot move water that is not there.
Circulation & Absorption
CITRAPEAK® 200 mg · S7® 50 mg · MAX Catalyst™ 2 mg
CITRAPEAK® is glucosyl hesperidin, a citrus flavonoid studied at 200 mg for its effect on circulation and vascular response. S7® is a blend of seven plant extracts studied at 50 mg for its effect on the body's own nitric oxide levels, and it works on a different pathway than citrulline does. MAX Catalyst™ is black pepper extract, there to support absorption of everything above it.
It does not replace your pre-workout. It completes it.
Full, and staying full
A pump has two parts. Blood moving in, and water moving into the cell. Nitric oxide handles the first one. Almost every pump product on the shelf stops right there, which is why the effect shows up for one or two exercises and then quietly leaves.
Pump City runs both halves. Ten grams of citrulline, 1,500 mg of Nitrosigine® and a gram of agmatine for the blood. Three grams of HydroPrime® glycerol with pink Himalayan salt for the water. One mechanism fills the muscle. The other keeps it filled.
Pump City: a closer look
-
NITROSIGINE® — 1,500 mgInositol-stabilized arginine silicate, a form of arginine engineered to stay intact long enough to actually raise blood arginine levels. Fifteen hundred milligrams is the exact amount used in its published research, not a fraction of it. It works on the same nitric oxide pathway as citrulline but enters it from a different direction, which is why both are here.
-
HYDROPRIME® — 3 gA 65 percent glycerol powder, and the ingredient responsible for the half of a pump most formulas ignore. Glycerol pulls water into the muscle cell rather than leaving it in the bloodstream, which is what turns a temporary flush into a full, dense muscle that holds. Three grams is the researched amount. Drink the full sixteen ounces with it.
-
CITRAPEAK® — 200 mgGlucosyl hesperidin, a citrus flavonoid modified for better absorption than standard hesperidin. Studied at 200 mg for its effect on circulation and vascular response, which is exactly what is on this label. It is the ingredient aimed at the look rather than the feel.
-
S7® — 50 mgA blend of seven plant extracts including green coffee bean, green tea, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale. Studied at 50 mg for its effect on the body's own nitric oxide production, working through a different mechanism than citrulline or arginine. Fifty milligrams here, which is the full studied dose.
-
MAX CATALYST — 2 mgA standardized black pepper extract included for one reason: absorption. Piperine slows the breakdown of compounds passing through the gut wall and liver, which means more of the eight ingredients above it reach circulation. Two milligrams is small on the label and disproportionate in effect.
-
L-CITRULLINE — 10 gThe precursor your body converts into arginine and then into nitric oxide, which is what relaxes the vessel wall and lets more blood through. Most research runs at 6 to 8 grams. This is ten, in pure L-citrulline rather than citrulline malate, which means ten grams of the actual amino acid and not a number inflated by malic acid.
-
L-TAURINE — 2 gAn amino acid that moves water into the cell alongside glycerol and is studied for muscular endurance and output. Two full grams, where most pre-workouts use one or skip it entirely. It is also one of the few ingredients here that helps the pump and the work capacity at the same time.
-
AGMATINE SULFATE — 1,000 mgA metabolite of arginine, included for its role in nitric oxide signaling and its long-standing reputation among lifters for the quality of the pump rather than just the size of it. A full gram, listed by name with its amount, not folded into a blend.
-
PINK HIMALAYAN SALT — 486 mgDelivering 196 mg of sodium and 290 mg of chloride. Electrolytes are not filler in a glycerol formula, they are the reason it works. Sodium and chloride help hold the fluid glycerol pulls in, which is the difference between a pump that lasts a session and one that drains after two exercises.
